Shipping Information:

*Pricing is for orders within the Continental United States. All other orders will be calculated on a per order basis.

*Orders are shipped FedEx via to every address in the 48 contiguous states. We ship most orders within 2-3 weeks since all pieces are custom made.

*Credit card orders will not be charged until the order is shipped.

*Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all California orders.

*Our standard shipping charge (see table below) includes, for U.S. orders, shipping by U.S. FedEx. We recommend that customers outside of the U.S. or Canada first write to us for a shipping quote to determine what it will cost to ship by a faster method.

Our store uses a shopping cart featuring Visa, Mastercard, and your transaction is processed through a secure server. The shopping cart's checkout function will only support visa and mastercard payments and not other methods.

Return Policy:

*Gemstone Girl online is happy to accommodate clients for exchanged or defective products within 7 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, you are entitled to exchange or store credit.

*Custom pieces are non-refundable

*Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. Gemstone Girl online does not offer exchange after 7 days from the date you received the order

*Your credit card will be credited within 10 business days of receiving your return shipment.

*Due to variations in administrative practices of credit card companies, please allow up to two full biling cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

*Please include a copy of your original packing slip invoice along with a short note telling us why you're returning or exchanging the item.

*Return or Exchange shipments that do not meet the above will be refused and returned.
